  Facilitated the planning and expansion of Family Medicine program in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia and Montenegro. Evaluated progress of a joint World Bank/Queen’s University clinic reconstruction project in Bosnia/Herzegovina. Carried out feasibility study and needs assessment with Ministry of Health in Serbia and Montenegro. Designed innovative six-month distance-based training course and piloted course with 25 Bosnian family medicine doctors.
