  This is a key role in the Sales Inventory Operational Planning ﴾SIOP﴿ team which is part of the GoldEnterprise organization. The Demand Planner maintains the Gold Enterprise ﴾GE﴿ Demand Plan ﴾involume and value﴿ based on market demand forecasts from the countries and is the focal point inthe business to assess demand / supply gaps and opportunities and ensures tight linkage betweendemand and supply. Works directly with Sales, LOB’s, Customer Care, Finance and COE.- Analyzes and recommends finished goods unit forecasts, forecast models, inventory policiesand safety stock strategies based on market demands and business goals and ensures thisinformation is communicated to the COE sites and Finance- Consolidates, cashes up and validates unit forecasts of the Lines of Businesses ﴾LOB’s﴿ andSales Affiliates ﴾SA’s﴿- Interfaces with each Sales Region & country to ensure Sales Forecast Changes are integratedinto the Global Demand Plan- Partners with Site Material/Supply leaders & Supply Planners to identify and reconcile gaps andsupply shortages, providing an early warning system for issues identification- Actions forecast accuracy improvements and setting up processes with Sales and Finance tomitigate IOS exposure- Participates in all stages of the monthly SIOP process: Demand, Supply, Pre‐SIOP & ExecutiveSIOP Reviews- Facilitate the monthly Demand Reviews with each Sales Region & Country- Is the Super User of the Demand, Inventory & Sales Forecast Collaboration Tool, ensures theTool runs smoothly, maintains forecast & inventory policies, implements business changes inthe Tool and provides support to Users as needed- Support product life cycle management with relevant functions- Identify, develop and implement process improvements Weniger anzeigen ----------- DATA ACCURACY DRIVES THE OPERATIONAL SUCCESS ----------- As a member of the HSF EMEA Data Steward Team Data Administrator works closely with the ProductManagement team to create materials, providing material master reports thus allowing maintenanceof the material master records to ensure the business is able to function accurately. Create & providematerial reports to enable visibility for the Product Managers of SAP Material master field settings.Update company and system field requirements, including description, Product Hierarchy, CAC, asrequired or requested.
