Review lab analysis report and suggest parameters to develop performance of the unit under the supervision of the department head.• Responsible for technical visits and preparation of technical procedures for catalyst loading, catalyst sulfiding, start up and stabilization etc. Participate in the entire operation of unloading/ Reactor internals (RI) inspection/Catalyst loading of reactors at the customer units and responsible for resolution of all issues related to catalyst loading. • Maintenance of unit wise master database for unit performance review purpose and support Customer for monitoring activities, resolve technical grievances and data review.• Prepare training material content for clients, on-site trip technical reports and operating manual for standard technology projects and review design packages for operability.
