Prepare reports of various issues of compliance as and when required for in house and buyers.9.Facilitate social audit of compliance as and when conducted by the buyers representative. 10.Communicate management about external changes (if any) related to statutory matters and suggest management the necessary changes to be made in the policies of divisions.11.List out all the appropriate and necessary PPE items for each manufacturing process & operation and ensure its proper utilization at the time of operation. 12.Ensure and monitor the monthly fire evacuation exercise at all units and suggest the unit heads how to overcome the obstacles and the barriers observed. 13.Monitor and ensure the overall upkeep of the different units on regular basis.14.To visit floor on regular basis and collect feedback and submit it to the Management. 15.Local Labor laws independently face any compliance audit by any party/buyer.16.To face Overall compliance audit 17.Final random inspecion before arrival of third party/Buyer Inspection team Show less
