Responsible for all the daily activities of the Discontinuous Pipe Production department.Key Achievements: • Developed a new control sheet for all online and offline activities of the Discontinuous Pipe Production that enables proper tracking of production orders, pipes, stock items, and pending activities. The developed reporting system also provides detailed analysis on the speed efficiencies & rejection percentages per production line per machine captain. • Prepared a detailed global study for centralizing spare parts and consumables across all units through a central hub in the GCC focused on minimizing inventory levels across the units. • Increased the daily production output of 4” & 6” by 33% and 12” by 25% per production line. • Developed a raw material control sheet for both Continuous and Discontinuous Pipe Production which extracts data from the forecasted production schedule and automatically calculates and provides a full detailed analysis on the anticipated consumption of raw material across the specified duration. • Initiated and implemented 5S procedures in the Discontinuous Pipe Production section, increasing the 5S audit score from 50 to 80. • Increased and maintained the overall yearly speed efficiency of 4 production lines from 90% to 94%.• Reduced and maintained the overall yearly resin consumption variance from 1.59% to 0% by controlling process parameters. عرض أقل
