  Executing Lumpsum turn key Distribution projects as Project Manager.1. Responsible for basic Project Management including Contract Management, Project Planning, Scheduling, design approvals, Procurement, Execution, Coordination with client and internal suppliers, Cost control, Construction monitoring etc.2. Quality monitoring at all stages of construction and pre commissioning up to final acceptance to ensure compliance with applicable standards and Project Technical Specifications as per Saudi Electricity Company Standards and other International Standards (NEC,IEC,ASTM,BS,NEMA etc)3. Review of Project Technical Reports and schedules and submittals.4. Review of all contractual documents of contractors and sub-contractors to ensure Contractor’s Compliance with Client’s Mandatory Documents.5. Ensure that the contractor executes the work in accordance with the contract and agreed Safety procedures.6. Review of QA/QC documents submitted by contractors and issue instructions to Field Engineers to follow up as per standards.7. Provide Technical Support on Constructions through walk thru direct Inspections in the field & analyzing the un identified causes of delays8. Analysis of Inspector’s pro activeness relating to Quality and preparation of Violation prevention index across jobs. 9. Conduct weekly, biweekly and monthly meetings to ascertain the implementation of agreed standards & procedures with information to Client.10. Keeping a strict watch for the works and keeping the record of all the activities. Any Non Compliance noticed is investigated thoroughly 11. Witnessing the tests conducted by third party at site and at Labs.12. Checking the material (Equipment’s & Instruments) received as per the approved documents and third party’s Lab testing &inspection reports.13. Inspection of Equipment’s and material at site till final installation and verification with the approved submittals. Show less
