  I was working here as a research assistant cum counselor with people who used to come for HIV infection testing. This was the most challenging job at the tender age of 22 yrs as I had to talk about HIV-positive reports also. I had to make sure that I am telling this in the most sensitive way and giving them ways to lead a hopeful life. My responsibilities were pre-test, post-test counseling and making detailed field notes.

It is a comparative study of Indian schools and Finnish schools concerning the creative thinking of primary-grade students. The preliminary aim of the study is to explore two different types of schools from India and Finland and how the pedagogical environment of these schools supports the creative thinking of the students.
