  Work placement- worked within a central placement team led by the Head of Placement for Specialties in an internal exec and external C-Suite facing role.I managed placement projects and initiatives across the Marsh Specialty Practice, focusing on strategic carriers, analytics and driving new facility development and delivery.My role required frequent reporting and presentation to the Marsh Specialty senior leadership team. I worked in a client and market-facing role, focusing on multinational engineering and transportation clients, including commodity traders, in the Risk Management Practice. The team place and service the multi-line global insurance programmes for Marsh UK's largest multinational corporate clients, with a focus on Property and Casualty. I completed the two year Marsh Graduate Development Programme in a client and market facing role in RMP, working on FTSE 100 companies' global insurance programmes, focusing on Property and Casualty.The programme involved completion of the ACII qualification within two years alongside receiving professional training including presenting skills, project management and negotiation skills.

K2 Credit is part of K2 International, the specialist MGA who are the London market underwriting arm of US based K2 Insurance Services. K2 Insurance services underwrite through 29 specialty focused MGAs, with circa $2bn GWP.
