  Research Intern

  During my research internship at IIT Gandhinagar, I made significant contributions to the development of a lithography simulator. As an integral part of the team, my primary focus was on implementing advanced techniques for improving lithographic processes. Specifically, I successfully developed a Model Based Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) flow, which involved the accurate modeling and correction of proximity effects in lithography. Additionally, I implemented Abbe's Model of Imaging to generate resist images with enhanced precision and fidelity. Through my contributions, I gained hands-on experience in lithography simulation, algorithm development, and optimizing imaging processes. This research internship provided me with valuable insights into the field of lithography and solidified my skills in computational lithography and process optimization. Show less
