  As Chief Psychologist and Director of Research and Training at a psychiatric hospital in Kansas, I supervised college students and psychologists in the Department. Published a number of articles in professional journals as well as in Kansas City Star newspaper. I also directed many research projects.

  As Director of Multicultural Mental Health Services, I was doing research, publishing paper, and teaching Medical students who were completing their internship in Psychiatry. It was during this period that I was appointed a member of the US National Mental Health Advisory Council for four years.

  I was Chief Editor of this Journal for four years.

  Reviewed articles submitted for publication, sent those articles for peer-review, and then made the final decision to accept or reject. During this period I was constantly dealing with the publisher (Taylor and Francis). I was co-founder of this Journal and also Editor-in-Chief for four years. We were getting articles from all over the world.
