  I provided accommodation based and floating support to families living in all tenure types including bed & breakfast, owner occupies and secure tenants. I carried out support assessments and then planned the support that I would provide including income maximisation, homelessness prevention, supporting victims of domestic violence and attending statutory meetings with other agencies Children's Sevices for example and being involved with care plans for children on the at risk register. The support also involved completed very complex benefit forms and providing benefit advice. Show less I managed a team of busy officers including customer service officers who were responsible for the administration of the housing register. My duties included being the duty manager in charge of reception. I dealt with judicial review threats, and other legal challenges. I also approved applications for housing from my officers, carried out regular one to ones with staff and chaired team meetings.   I am the project lead for the Housing Options Service and have assisted in the assessment and procurement of a new housing administration system. I am the lead for 5 teams including homelessness, housing advice, temporary accommodation, allocations and medical assessments. I am configuring the new system for all teams within the department.
