  In my tenure, I was in charge of managing the satellite office in the Kavango Regions, engaging with stakeholders, communicating with the head office and relaying feedback to all our international sponsors.I worked closely with local startup businesses and schools/vocational training centers to tailor new tech based approaches to our clients business ideas/solutions and guided them on getting funding. I provided training in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Business Development, 3D Design and a short course on The Introduction of AI for Business scaling.I was also in charge of bookkeeping, paying of salaries, managing of the monthly budget, planning innovation events and sourcing of sponsorships.Last but not least, I mapped out the startup ecosystem in the Kavango region through weekly competitions, workshops, trainings and surveys, and, gave our sponsors feedback on all activities that were done at the pop-up camps every month.   In my role I am in charge of:Ensuring shop stock quantities are within budget and demand brackets. Sourcing and Purchasing of new stock from different suppliers (National and International), Receiving and receipting of stock (GRNs/GRVs) and liasing with delivery service providers to ensure the timely receiving of ordered goods. I perform price checks, competitor analysis, stock movement analysis and generate monthly stock reports. I oversee the day to day operation of our warehouse, manage the warehouse team schedule deliveries to clients and attend to client complaints on purchased products inline with each product warranty.Last but not least, I work closely with the branch manager to ensure monthly sales targets are met, shop soiled goods are sold out and projections for the next 90 days are within the branch's budget.
