  The main objective of this role is to guarantee effective and efficient QA/QC services and personnel to the Offshore Business Unit at headquarter level and to fabrication yards, offshore fleet and EPCI projects managed by the various worldwide Saipem Operating Companies.As Offshore Quality Manager I was responsible for the management and coordination of more that 500 people working worldwide in the Quality Assurance and Quality Control field within the Offshore Business of the company. The main complexity of this role is the consistent fragmentation of the work that is split on various locations and sites worldwide; this situation requires important coordination, flexibility and managerial skills.
