      Engaged as an ICT Project Manger and Senior Business Analyst, responsible for the Master Data Management (MDM) Project, forming part of a wider Enterprise Information Management (EIM) programme.The EIM Programme was implemented to meet the future vision of EIM at CBH, with a focus on both structured and unstructured data, improved information governance and knowledge management capabilities including enhance document management, collaboration and enterprise search. Other work streams include forming part of the overall solution included a BI stream and a document management stream which replaced the existing eDOCS DM 5.3.0 system with OpenText Content Server 10.The MDM Project was tasked with delivering an enterprise solution for Business Partner Master Data Management using the Tibco MDM Tool. Following the successful implementation of an MDM solution for grower master data, the focus shifted to remaining business partners including customers, vendors and other 3rd parties. In addition to the above I spent 3 months working as a Senior Business Analyst on the East Coast Expansion Project, set up to investigate options for the setup of a new grain supply chain in Northern New South Wales.
