Handed off a much-improved Expert Witness program after training another member of my team in FY24 and updated website with guiding policies and new procedures.• Selected as the ATR Procurement Rep for $43.5M Technology Modernization Fund allotment from GSA over 2024-2026.• Suggested and instituted major changes in the operation of the Acquisition Team’s daily functions by changing the process for internal review of contracting actions and steering the Expert Witness program away from issuing Notice-to-Proceed recommendations, which resulted in a process change affecting three coordinating sections. Recommended substantial changes to the Invoicing SOP and each of my edits incorporated into the final draft. Wrote a new SOP for Expert Witness contracting. Show less
