Managing the Brewery Tap Bar Cellar, which includes changing kegs and casks, daily cellar cleaning, line cleaning, weekly cellar plansManaging the Sunday Carvery on a regular basis. Show less In the heart of the National Brewery Centre, we have a fantastic department and a beautiful modernised bar and restaurant. The Brewery Tap. This unique bar and restaurant publicises itself to engage the people of Burton to understand the brewing heritage of Burton Upon Trent, by showing this, we have a bright-coloured bar with 6 beautifully brewed onsite cask ales from the Heritage Brewing Company, furthermore, to this we also have two guest ales from Local Micro-breweries within the Staffordshire Area. Now being promoted to Food and Beverage Supervisor and Cellar Supervisor at The National Brewery Centre My duties since being promoted, is to engage with the Catering management team, but also to support the catering team with their needs.       It is a privilege to take on my new role as Clubhouse Assistant Manager working directly under the Clubhouse Manager. I am keen to develop our staff skills through training sessions and 1:1 sessions. Also taking on rota duties, recruitment and delivering exceptional customer service to our members/customers. After successfully being promoted to Assistant Junior Manager, my role is about working in partnership with the Clubhouse Manager to deliver the highest standards of Customer Service. We’re very proud with what we do and making our members feel at home is important to us. As well as looking after our members, I am the point of contact in Staff Training, Rota Management and building new relationships with potential corporate clients. Now after moving on from The National Brewery Centre I have now took on a new role as a Catering Supervisor at Branston Golf and Country Club. My role entails working along side the Clubhouse Manager running the days business which will feature golf and corporate trade, plus Restaraunt trade. Also working at some of their big events that they have throughout the year e.g fireworks night. I’ll also be in charge in setting up rooms, managing a team of staff.

      Services to the School Mr McArthur Dec 2014 After completing my five years at Paulet High School, I was put in for a massive achievement that really meant a lot to me. I was awarded "Services to the school" which is an award which shows I had great passion in Paulet and doing small little things within the school, this was things like work experience, starting my own table tennis club.
