In 1988, our firm conducted the country’s first disparity study for Hillsborough County, which accurately anticipated the direction of the U.S. Supreme Court in Richmond v. Croson in 1989.   In this role, I spearhead city-wide initiatives to improve performance, processes, and operational efficiency. Show less I served as an auditor engaged in providing top-quality service to analyze numerous programs across City departments, make appropriate recommendations, and orchestrate efforts to resolve complex issues impacting the City. I developed strategic annual audit plans in compliance with City audit policies and procedures, including reviewing audit scopes and objectives, performing risk assessments, and determining auditing feasibility from various City-wide requests of elected officials and department heads. I facilitated communication and scheduled meetings with key stakeholders, monitoring the audit process to ensure timely audit completion.
