  Event Coordinator

  Meridienne Exhibitions hosts 6 events across the year. 5 based at the Warwickshire Event Centre and one at Alexandra Palace. I am responsible for the sales of all exhibitor stands at each show, this includes retaining previous exhibitors and securing new ones for each show. Producing floorplans and ensuring all exhibitors have the correct equipment they have ordered is a main part of my role.

  Operational Manager for a number of events at the Warwickshire Event Centre. Liaising with the client to ensure all aspects of their event are catered for. This includes pre-event meetings to discuss the needs and expectations, on the day management of the venue to ensure the event runs as seamless as possible. Events range for a single day event to week long exhibitions. Over the year we welcome over 40,000 visitors to the venue to enjoy a range of events from Trade Shows to Public Exhibitions. Show less
