Keep official audit plan (on MW-SHE Audits) for Departments and contractors updated, making changes where audits are postponed. Write up findings, putting actions onto the action plans. Results presentations for both.Ensure contractors to compliance to UL Standards and Procedures Reporting non-compliance on action plans and escalating issues.Ensuring relevant people are appointed as soon as they take up new positions/responsibilities (16(2)’s, GMR 2(1)’s, SHE Reps, SHE Committee Members, . Ensuring only current forms are on file and old ones are safely archived.Filing of all SHE related documentation in own area.
