Responsible for content, design, Compliance-approval, and distribution of two weekly email newsletters - one for the producers and one for their sales assistants. Managed multiple full-service requests from these top producers for case design proposals, life product support, tax and legal consultations with advanced sales attorneys, sales illustrations, competitive information and analysis, and compliance review. Tracked completed applications, obtained cash values on internal exchanges, and input information into an upload template to enable Client Services to issue an entire group automatically in an overnight cycle. Processed new business for the GVUL Client Services department. Downloaded information into Excel for the Sales area to run illustrations before an in force illustration system was developed. Maintained existing policies by uploading premium payments, updating addresses, changing owners and beneficiaries, processing surrenders, withdrawals and loans, sending out annual reports, and coordinating death claim notifications.
