  I taught face-to-face and online English Composition, Creative Writing, and Communications classes, totaling 200+ classes over four years with an average of 50-75 students per semester and managed a team of full-time faculty. During my time as the Course Director, I initiated and implemented a multimodal approach to English Composition, contributing to a 38% increase in student retention.
