Managing KPI's and customer SLA's was part of the daily operations. Responsible for Cabin Maintenance for KLM aircraft at Schiphol (approximately 75-100 fte). Focus on operational performance, managing KPI's, process improvement and coaching employees on accountability, on taking initiative and being responsible. Successfully implemented change downsizing FTE while keeping employee satisfaction in order, improving productivity and changing working ethos of the employees. Project leader, project employee or project advisor for several business projects, amongst others initial training for all operational employees and developing an in-company movie.
