  During the restructuring period (2021 and up) after COVID my main focus is the Agile transformation within Engineering. Enabling and facilitating agile coaches, PO's, SM and newly started product teams. Creating a platform for the new way of working for the specific roles and teams. Supporting and coaching team members and interns. Implementing new ways of working, processes and procedures. Continuous improving on processes as well as work environment. Responsible for the operational Ramp Handling of KLM 737 aircraft and a variety of customer airlines among which Transavia, Air France and AlItalia, with ± 200+ fixed and temporary employees. Focus on: - Performance (KPI's, productivity, staff planning & costs)- Innovation & Change- Coaching on accountability & responsibility- Coaching on employee development- Managing SLA's with customer airlines. Aligning several processes within the Logistics Centre, motivating and enabling employees to explore their capabilities and helping make changes and optimising production. Managing KPI's and customer SLA's was part of the daily operations. Responsible for Cabin Maintenance for KLM aircraft at Schiphol (approximately 75-100 fte). Focus on operational performance, managing KPI's, process improvement and coaching employees on accountability, on taking initiative and being responsible. Successfully implemented change downsizing FTE while keeping employee satisfaction in order, improving productivity and changing working ethos of the employees. Project leader, project employee or project advisor for several business projects, amongst others initial training for all operational employees and developing an in-company movie.
