  Specialized in managing project teams responsible for assisting hospitals and physician practice groups with significant bottom-line margin improvements. Responsibilities included managing labor productivity, mergers and acquisitions, market assessment and strategy projects. Project Highlights:• Served as project manager for a 15M cost reduction workforce and productivity analysis in a community hospital system in Pennsylvania. The system went into the acquisition process, and Kelsey stayed with the system and reported to the Interim CEO. She wrote the request for proposal document and coordinated a detailed selection and due diligence process with senior management, an investment banking firm, the Hospitals Board of Trustees, and several interested candidates, leading ultimately to a successful negotiation. While this was taking place she worked as project manager to create an in-depth project plan for the consolidation of the hospital's two campuses, including working with architect construction timelines, union pay negotiations, and emergency preparedness plans.• Project managed a team driving standardized clinical pathways and cost per case care management initiatives for cardiovascular services across a 7 hospital system in New Jersey. Set up all system and leadership meetings, provided agendas and action items, and reported system and facility savings and performance goals monthly. • Developed a comprehensive pediatric network and affiliation structure for a project with a children’s hospital in California.
