  Leading a sub-team of 10 members to create and integrate a payload into the Akronauts rocket, to be launched at the SpacePort America Cup in New Mexico this coming June. Currently conceptualizing a design for an autonomous ice-collection rover that converts lunar ice into potable water. Designed and integrated a fully functional Submerged Data Concentration Unit (SDCU) into the IPromise rocket. Examined incoming parts from outsourced processes and performed First Article Inspections on all manufactured parts.   Designed and implemented a comprehensive replacement plan of obsolete data-acquisition systems (DAQ) for brake control valve functional testing. Increased brake control valve production efficiency by 16.25%, an estimated $400,000 in FY24. Gained knowledge in design, production, and testing of brake control units and valves for hundreds of aircraft. Developed LabVIEW software to automate functional test procedures, eliminating risk of operator error. Carrying out testing of heavy duty ingress protection mounted bearings for IP69K certification. Optimizing support structures for Laser Powder Bed Fusion additive manufacturing to minimize cost, material waste, and post-processing time. Researching and testing dissolvable LPBF support structures. Performing electrochemical corrosion testing and characterization on electroless Nickel Phosphorus coatings for $35 million Food & Beverage application.
