  *Verify process control parameters during surface preparation and application process are in line with the inspection and test plan.*Ensure 100% testing of all raw materials by performing laboratory tests such as Titration analysis, DSC analysis, moisture content, gel time, melt flow index, density, oxidative induction time, sinkers and floaters test, to ensure they are within manufacturer's requirement.*Ensure abrasives such as grit and shot used for surface preparation are free from contamination by performing abrasive contamination and conductivity test on them.*Ensure weekly calibration of concrete weight coating batching plant during production.*Verify the quality of iron ore material by performing sieve analysis and specific gravity test.*Perform wire mesh dimensional control, wire mesh placement and overlap check.*Supervise team members and ensure they enforce customers’ requirements by using the inspection and test plan (ITP).*Perform and evaluate on-line and offline-line tests such as adhesion test, impact test, hardness test, tensile and elongation test, indentation test, flexibility test, porosity test, cathodic disbondment test and hot water soak test to ensure 100% compliance to quality requirements.*Perform and evaluate laboratory tests such as DSC analysis on cured FBE coating, specific heat capacity test, oxidative induction time test to check the stability of polyolefins, thermal conductivity test, interlayer adhesion test, full system density test on 5-layer thermal insulation coating, percentage analysis of ashes content, sinkers and floaters test.
