  Lead shift operation staff electric arc furnace to build good teamwork atmosphere and support commissioning project within entire metallurgical process chain works at optimal level and correct rate with target of every 12 hours carrying out at least 2 times tapping ferronickel and 6 times skimming slag (day to day). Daily monitoring of skimming-tapping, power consumption, and manage the work area inc distributing jobs in electric furnace plant to achieve production target such as manpower arrangement, equipment maintenance, logistic coordination with supporting stakeholders weekly/monthly reporting. I provide technical support and guidance based on a metallurgical scientific point of view to production teams to resolve process-related issues. I also collaborate with cross-functional division likes raw material, rotary kiln, gas station, power plant and another team including fabrication, equipment, dispatch and electrical, to identify metallurgical process improvement opportunities. Carry out risk assessment, including hazards and operations (HAZOP), for the health and safety of company staff and surrounding communities also prepare and produce reports including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
