Portfolio includes the Library, Academic Skills and Knowledge, Career Services, Inclusive Education, Art Collection, Instructional Development & Support, Online Learning, and Learner Success with a staff of 35+ and an annual budget of $5M (NZD).- Pioneered and directed a transformational online and blended learning strategic plan, leading to a significant boost in academic engagement and optimizing alternative learning technologies. Resulted in growing online student count to 11% EFTS fully online and generating over $5M (NZD) in student tuition and fees revenue over a two-year period.- Developed the University’s first Learner Success Plan, Manaaki Tauira, which aims to achieve parity for Māori and Pasifika tauira, improve support for tauira who are disabled, and increase success for all tauira at Lincoln by growing participation, retention, and qualification completion rates. - Executed annual and long-term strategic plans, driving an impactful transformation in online and blended learning.
