  GSM/WCDMA Network Optimizer (October 2006. – December 2010.)My main tasks during this period were: implementing and configuring the new GSM/WCDMA cells into the live network. Defining neighbor relations, tuning system parameters to reach optimal network performance. Monitoring alarms and troubleshooting the network problems through OSS, in case of field related problems guiding site engineers to eliminate problems. Performing field test measurements with TEMS Investigation 8.1 and after analysis, fine tuning of the network if needed. Investigating and troubleshooting of VIP customer’s complaints and dropped calls. GSM Network Capacity Optimizer (October 2005 - September 2006.) In this period I`ve cooperated with the planner team. Based on the weekly reports I had to collect the extremely heavy loaded cells and distribute towards the optimizer and planner team for solution request. I made calculations for TRX expansions and reductions in the GSM network. VIP Customer Complaint Investigator (January 2003. – September 2005.)At this roughly 3 years period, I was a member of the Field Test Measurement Team’s special unit called VIP Customer Relation Handling Team. My main tasks were investigating of the VIP Customer’s complaints and provide solutions i.e. external antenna for the UE, repeaters or antenna systems modification (antenna-tilt and angle) GSM Field Test Technician (February 2001 – December 2002.) As Field Test Technician my duties were performing GSM signal strength and signal quality measurements country wide.
