ATOMS is a biennial forum for sharing advancements in models, measurement techniques, and simulation tools across various engineering disciplines, including electronics, communications, and environmental protection.ATOMS 2024 was organized by Constanta Maritime University and the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
