As Accounting Manager, I directed the accounting staff of a $20-30 million dollars per year, mining operation with three locations, developed policies, procedures, and systems, completed all levels of financials statements and SEC filing requirements in a timely manner, and fulfilled the duties of the vacant VP of Finance role for 6 months.I joined Fremont Energy Corp. as an Accountant straight out of college.
