  I work pro-bono with the Mentoring Women in Business Programme, mentoring a female entrepreneur from a developing country. We meet twice monthly in an effort to grow her business, enhance business opportunities for her, and encourage her in the sustainable success of her business.Women face unique challenges as entrepreneurs and, in developing nations, the gap is even wider to bridge.
