We focus on writing and implementing projects in three main areas: agriculture, human resources, and business development. The courses provided by the ICG cover a variety of areas ranging from communication and management to public procurement and entrepreneurship. We are a young and dynamic team of consultants, passionate about what we do and we are aiming to help our clients develop their own profitable business!In 2018 we did an economic mission to USA for developing new research projects for electric cars, searching for new opportunities.In 2019 we won a micro grant for expanding the business to the South-Est region in Romania, that will help new clients access the european funding experience.As Consultant in Attracting European funds, grants, strategic projects, I've written, implemented, evaluated, monitor different types of grants, like EEA Grants, Norway Grants, EU Programmes, National EU Programmes in Human Capital, Eficient Energy and Climate Change, Jobs opportunities for youth and deliberate practices, Social Economy and Entrepreneurship and Education.Since 2019 we started a new small business, called ICG BUSINESS SUD-EST SRL, targeted in the South-Est Region of Romania, working on eliminating the disparities between regions. Here I took the position of project manager.
