This project has 107 apartment units, an expansive, terraced courtyard area, 3,500sf of ground level commercial, and a large roof deck with multiple amenity spaces. Project completed in 2020.7th & Dearborn TowerProject Manager on an 18-story, type I construction, multifamily tower in Seattle, WA. This project will have an estimated 450 units. Project in design.Roosevelt Station - Sound TransitProject Architect on the Roosevelt Light Rail Station. This transit center is located more than 60-feet below grade and is accessed through two separate at-grade entrance structures. The station design includes several levels of complex vertical transportation, MEP spaces, and the large fan rooms that ventilate several miles of connected transit tunneling.
