  - Collaborated with a group in an attempt to create a Python program to calculate the absorption and emission spectra of biomarkers by a Monte Carlo simulation of photon migration in a voxelized media.- Researched to implement an optimal method to characterise the HSV values of pixels of each pictureinputted and then create the voxels needed for the simulation through extrapolation.

  - Contributed to the Digitization 2022 program as part of the Imperial - Ceres MEng Fellowship by identifying and training appropriate machine learning models on historic test data and deploy them on live test data.- Designed scalable functions to visualise and train Cell Pass Off Test data to cluster the various stack cellconfigurations and connect them to possible output parameters. Additionally, designed pipelines to enable the input of live test data and output of model predictions.- Designed scalable functions to train Cell Pass Off Test data to predict failures in RedOx cycling tests. This automated solution effectively replaced a manual task that historically demanded approximately 30 hours weekly.
