Scope of Work:1) Design of Central Utility Building (CUB) -Lead and Design C&S Engr Size = 90mLx54mWx27mH (includes CW Towers), Total Spun Piles =795 Nos. A 4-storey precast concrete frame structure including level supporting various equipment & structure for CW towers. The building houses all Black & Clean utilities equipment, etc. The 1st storey slab is suspended and is cast in-situ RC slab construction. The 2nd storey to roof floors are supported on precast double tee slab with 150mm thick RC topping over it. The double T slab is supported on T beams and supported on corbels on the precast columns. 2) Design of WasteWater Treatment Plant Building (WWTP) -Lead C&S Engr Size =53mLx30mWx16mH (includes Roof Level), Total Spun Piles =602 Nos. A 3-storey cast in-situ RC structure including RC roof slab to support various equipment & tanks.
