      Responsible for the overall success of the hotel, meeting or exceeding planned objectives for revenue and profit, and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. Assists the General manager to manage all areas of the hotel in accordance with brand standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality. Provides exemplary performance for staff to follow. Title also included the role of Executive housekeeper. Duties included, overseeing and directing the cleaning activities for a business or hotel. The work schedules are prepared and planned in advance by myself, while handling customer service and complaints as well. Cleaning materials and new items are also ordered by the executive housekeeper to ensure that their workers have the proper tools to perform their job duties. An executive housekeeper has to be aware of the schedules of others in order to time the cleaning of rooms with other departments. Additionally, the executive housekeeper informs workers about the procedures and policies that have to be followed while cleaning rooms. Title also included Bar manager where I primarily was responsible for controlling, organizing, and directing all the staff in the bar. I assumed overall responsibility I also manage the staff schedule, coordinates for event planning, imposes discipline among the team, and serves as a liaison between higher management and the staff in administrative and disciplinary matters.
