      Advised on and supported organisational development of the newly emerged Lao Red Cross, the only local non-government humanitarian agency in the country at the time. Worked with LRC leadership to identify priorities, plan programmes, raise funds, build staff capacity, establish provincial branches, develop community programmes, and coordinate with other Red Cross supporters.
