  The purpose of my thesis was to evaluate the effects of the project assessment and evaluationon the targets of Elo - Elämyksillä osaksi yhteiskuntaa -project. This project managedby Laurea University of Applied Sciences with the partners Red Cross Finland and City of Espoo is a case example of social innovation in complex environment.The project aimed to improve the integration of immigrants with special focus on personsoutside the labor force. Recognising these effects is essential in order to minimize theeffects of unappropriate evaluation practises and to develop a co-creative way of working infuture projects. Show less
