Then, I function as a liaison to youth to prepare for probation hearings, pre-placement visits, family/sibling visits, school visits, medical visits, and routine appointments while escorting to and from courts to maintain reliability.Besides that, I coordinate with youth, parents, physicians, and providers to secure active care from treatment initiation to discharge. I also generate individualized documentation of activities, progress notes, and critical events to aid referencing efforts. Then, I surveil youth performance at school to assist with homework while recording medical needs to support serviceability. On the flip side, I finalize assessments, reports, and presentations while initiating or engaging in meetings to present information.
