  Presently, I administrate the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs for 16+ youths while directing eight staff from interviews, time/attendance tracking, and coaching. I also confer with incarcerated male juvenile youths from interviews to profile set-up while providing in-depth guidance, modeling life skills, and impacting decision-making prior to community re-enter.To explain further, I oversee administrative duties for exhibit per NYS laws while writing incident reports as needed to assure efficiency. I also execute outreach to parents to deliver non-medical needs assessments while communicating recommendations for behavioral interventions, counseling support, and service referrals to contribute to organizational functionality. Then, I function as a liaison to youth to prepare for probation hearings, pre-placement visits, family/sibling visits, school visits, medical visits, and routine appointments while escorting to and from courts to maintain reliability.Besides that, I coordinate with youth, parents, physicians, and providers to secure active care from treatment initiation to discharge. I also generate individualized documentation of activities, progress notes, and critical events to aid referencing efforts. Then, I surveil youth performance at school to assist with homework while recording medical needs to support serviceability. On the flip side, I finalize assessments, reports, and presentations while initiating or engaging in meetings to present information.
