  My current position is Head of Education my role consists of many different responsibilites, I mainly manage and oversee the Education for all the Assistants and Stylists within the group, this includes the completion of NVQ level 2 and 3 in Hairdressing, I look after a team of Educators for whom I Internally Verify and support. I also carry out the following:3 monthly reveiws for all learners in line with training provider requirements.Assess levels 1 and 2 in Functional Skills Maths and English.I am the main Assessor within the group for A1/TAQA.Health and safety visits to all salons withing the group.Organise in salon training throughout the year for all Stylists.
