  • Implemented Avon’s In-house Digital Pre-Press Department.• Purchased $750,000 worth of equipment including Scitex, Macintosh, Iris and Archival Jukebox.• Built and trained a 14 person team to produce four-color/160 page/bi-weekly brochure, marketing projects, and specialty projects.• Worked closely with Director and V.P. of Avon’s Creative Agency to determine workflow, scheduling, and budgeting.• Organized and supervised work flow between Avon Imaging and Art Directors, Photographers, Production Department and vendors on projects from start to finish insuring quality and image.• By bringing this pre-press service in-house Avon saved over $1.2 million annually, and we had better control over Avon’s image.   * Created the voice and direction of Inner Realm Magazine, a monthly holistic health publication.* Designed the templates and style of the magazine using Quark XPress, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. * Built editorial staff, advertising sales team, graphics department, and distribution teams which consisted of both in-house and freelance employees.* Produced and oversaw all editorial and visual content for the magazine working with a stable of talented writers, editors, contributors, researchers and graphic artists to establish and maintain editorial and visual excellence.* Conducted one-on-one monthly interviews with Holistic Health industry leaders.* First edition was 32 pages with a circulation of 10,000 per month. Currently Inner Realm has three regional editions; with a total monthly page count of 112, and a circulation of 75,000. * Inner Realm Magazine is widely embraced by the readers, and has become the resource for local holistic businesses to grow their clientele base.
