Conducted policy analysis, supported the development of outreach activities, & implemented intervention strategies on protection, rescue, rehabilitation & reintegration measures for children in need of special care & protection, including children in conflict with the law & differently-abled children; Organised & managed the rescue of 50+ children from human trafficking • Policy Intervention: (1) Conducted National Level Multi-stakeholder E-Consultative Meet on ”Combating Child Trafficking Post Lock Down Situation” resulting in SOP on preventing child trafficking & conduct of vulnerability mapping across identified districts; (2) Conducted meetings for ”Creating Child-Friendly Spaces” at 50 Prominent Religious Tourism Places of India; (3) Conducted Inter-departmental review meeting for gathering child rights information; (4) Developed Joint Action Plan for Prevention of Drugs & Substance Abuse & Illict Trafficking with Narcotics Control Bureau; (5) Developed Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for Care and Protection of Children in Street Situations”, in collaboration with Save the Children; (6) Conducted research and data collection on the contemporary challenges for orphan children and children of women prisoners; Attending consultative meetings with stakeholders for comprehensive policy intervention in the above issues.
