We also improved our understanding of how to create a decent job application, what companies look for in applicants, how to construct a CV and cover letter, how to prepare for interviews, and how to take psychometric tests.Day Three:Dedicated to honing your assessment centre knowledge and abilities, with two primary sessions:-The first session focused on interview skills, where I worked with volunteers in a mock interview environment before receiving personalised feedback.-The second session concentrated on assessment centre practices, where I had to work in groups on a business case study and give a reasoned conclusion on what was the best choice to a panel of judges.
