      ➣ Designing a user manual for data acquisition cards, which detailed the operation of the DAQ system in the client's specific implementation. ➣ Providing preventive maintenance services for the operation of data acquisition cards (DAQ) across various applications in the company's projects. Our focus was mainly on CompactRIO and Compact DAQ equipment, and we tested both analog sensors and digital Input and Outputs. ➣Dealting with included level sensors, push buttons, fans, industrial heaters, and presence sensors. In a vegetable factory, we designed and implemented sensors for the process of washing vegetables. A conveyor belt was used to transport the vegetables, and we applied computer vision technology to activate the actuator, which was a sprinkler that washed the vegetables. We also designed and implemented circuits in machines that could vacuum-seal rice bags. The machine was input by a dosing machine that measured portions of rice according to the selected volume, and temperature sensors, stepping motors, and heaters were also implemented. Show less

      Coazucar is a sugar manufacturing plant that has a moderate level of automation. As part of the automation department, our responsibility is to maintain and oversee all the sensors, actuators, and automation systems in the factory. This includes both analog and digital sensors such as pressure sensors, capacitive sensors, inductive sensors, and level sensors. If any sensor is found to be not functioning correctly, we replace it with a new one and wire it to the main rack. ➣ Provided support to my team in developing and fine-tuning the automation system, which was based on the Delta V system by Emerson and focused solely on sugar production. One of our key tasks was to develop mathematical models of the process to adjust the variables of automation PIDs. We developed two models within the factory for the lime juice filling and emptying operation, as well as the mixing of chemicals such as calcium oxide, sulfur, and lime juice. We used Simulink to create these projects, with the main objective being to obtain a mathematical function of the sixth degree or less that accurately described the behavior of the process. ➣ Working on fine-tuning the automation system, including on-off systems and PID systems. We calculated the variables required to implement the best control behavior of solenoid valves that control the lime juice flow and the number of chemicals added for cleaning and debugging. Our set point was 4000 liters of lime juice, which was measured by a level sensor. Before I joined the enterprise, the error percentage was 15% and the stabilization time was 20 seconds, but after we implemented the new variables, the error percentage was reduced to 5% and the stabilization time was reduced to 5 seconds.
