  As a field staff for Anti Human Trafficking program, I was responsible to facilitate the character class (life skills) for teenagers in rural Bali. As a facilitator, I encourage them to speak their thoughts through activities. The goal of this program is to raise their awareness about human trafficking, and to make them an agent for their peer. I also responsible to coordinate with a local partner to hold an informal class for school dropouts. Start from compile the beneficiaries' data and together with the tutors make a schedule for their class. Show less
