People Management: Recruit new employees according to job role & skills required by actively participating in interviews, skills assessment exercises Ensure performance management cycle is fulfilled: set SMART objectives, ensure regular reviews against KPIs, provide performance feedback, reward performance, provide formal evaluations& counsel employees in addressing improvement plans, handle performance related escalations Career development: offer guidance on skills assessment, strength finder, counsel employees on career plans & development opportunities, act as a coach/mentor, provide access to trainings, certifications, shadowing opportunities Team structure& responsibilities: ensure Job roles are documented, assign existing staff to meet service level objectives, constantly adapt team/management structure in synchronization with organizational changes 3.
