  As a Lead Writing Consultant at FMCFWAMA, I focused on having constructive conversations with Grand Valley State University students about their writing. We worked together in and out of the classroom to provide students with the skills they need to be successful writers on any and all paths. I also helped train and acted as a mentor to my coworkers as we grew through the process together. As a Writing Consultant at FMCFWAMA, I assist Grand Valley State University students with their writing. I discuss a range of topics that can include grammar, citations, organization, etc. I work both individually with students in a consultation setting and in small group settings as a facilitator for the discussion of writing.
