  Project initiation Phase Work with the business department to know about the current and future trend of the product and make the URS of the machine or plant accordingly. Collect the quotation from different vendors Work with the finance department to make the financial feasibilities of the project with different option and select the best one for the organization. Prepare the technical feasibilities of the project.Project Implementation (Execution) Phase Make the technical and financial competitive statements and negotiate the price along with commercial department. Prepare the contract document for the procurement of the machine from the vendor. Make the project schedule & recruit necessary manpower needed for the project phase by phase. Finalize the plant layout ensuring the maximum efficient work flow of the man, machine and methods. Supervise the progress of the civil, mechanical and electrical work to ensure the timely completion of the individual work as per the schedule. Keep close liaison with the project in charge of the machine supplier to avoid any miscommunication with them which may delay the project during erection and commissioning. Keep tracking the shipment, releasing from the port of the machine and ensure necessary arrangement for safe unloading of the machine in the project site. Do the erection of the machineries as per the recommendation and drawings provided by the plant suppliers.Project Closing Phase Do the trial run of the plant and take the handover of the plant from the plant supplier as per the contact performance parameters. Settle all the final bills of the vendors involved in the project. Re-allocate the project resource for the regular operation of the plant. Prepare SOP and other documentations to ensure maximum efficiency form man and machine as well as Cost effective quality production.
