Show less I have led start-up and deployment of TPM / Manufacturing Excellence program for Nestlé Pakistan at Country level for its whole Manufacturing Footprint covering four multi-category Factories and nine business units of over 120Bio PKR revenue, app. 1 Mio Tons annual Production and with more than 2500 shopfloor staff working in it. Deployed program in categories like Dairy(UHT), Juices, Waters, Powder and Water(PET), Yoghurts (Cold Chain). Introduced House of TPM & Pillars (AM, PM, ET, FI, HSE, QA, EM, LVS, Foundations) framework, org-structure and governance for market/corporate functions, factories, business units. In my leadership, Factories successfully passed maturity phase levels 0-1-2 with global recognitions. Business Results: Impact on all dimensions- Topline, Bottomline and most importantly People & culture. Lines Performance increased by over 5% resulting in app. 20000 tons of annual capacity increase and 4Mio USD capex deferment, conversion cost reduction by 4%, maintenance cost improvement over 150Mio PKR YOY, material wastages reduction by 10% YOY, consumer complaints reduction by 20%, extensive workplace transformation through 5S and Value Stream concepts and most importantly people development through 10,000 training man-hours.
