  I lead a Talent Acquisition team who partner with our Product, Engineering and Content organisations, finding the best new Gurus across the US and Australia for our fast growing company. My role consists of a blend between people leadership, building talent acquisition processes and recruiting positions for our team/s.Highlights of my role include:- Creating a self-serve information hub for Recruiters from our US, Australian and UK teams to find information on Talent Acquisition processes, best practices and general how-to's- Working alongside our global Engineering team/s to embed the Engineering competency framework into interview scorecards and hiring practices- Automated repetitive Recruiting reports for leadership stakeholders, so that basic recruiting information could be found with less friction and without any gatekeepers- Wrote, maintained and delivered A Cloud Guru's Recruitment and Interview training for Hiring Managers and Interviewers- Created a Recruiter bandwidth model (including anticipated attrition based on ACG company averages), so that our teams could better predict periods where our Recruiting teams would be stretched beyond their capacityA Cloud Guru was acquired by PluralSight in July of 2021. Show less As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, my role was to source and hire the best Engineering and Content talent into our team of Cloud Gurus.
